차트런(ChartRun) 계정과 관련 데이터는 아래 방법으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

방법 1 — 앱 내에서 삭제 (권장)

차트런 앱을 실행합니다.
하단/메뉴의 설정(Settings)으로 이동합니다.
계정 탈퇴(Delete Account)를 선택합니다.
확인하면 계정과 서버에 저장된 기록이 즉시 삭제됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로 요청

앱을 이미 삭제했거나 계정에 접근하기 어려운 경우, 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 yunlabs2023@gmail.com 으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리됩니다.

삭제되는 데이터 / 보관될 수 있는 데이터

삭제: 계정 식별자·이메일, 닉네임, 리더보드 기록, 서버에 저장된 개인 기록.
보관(해당 시): 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록, 개인을 식별할 수 없는 비식별 통계.

로그인하지 않고 플레이한 경우 계정 정보는 수집되지 않으며, 개인 기록은 기기에만 저장되어 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다.

Account & Data Deletion (English)

You can delete your ChartRun account and associated data using either method below.

Option 1 — In-app (recommended)

Open the ChartRun app → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and server-stored records are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you have already removed the app or cannot access your account, email yunlabs2023@gmail.com from the address used to sign in. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Deleted: account identifier & email, nickname, leaderboard records, server-stored personal records.
May be retained: records required by law (if any) and non-identifying aggregate statistics.
